Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

At the moment we are unable to take any orders over the internet for shipping outside of the UK. If you would like to trade with us and you are outside of the UK please call 00 44 1444 245500

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro (Switch). All transactions are carried out in Sterling (£). You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All items purchased via this website will be sent out by TNT delivery, This service requires a signature at your end.

In the unlikely event that your purchase was damaged in transit, you must sign for it as "damaged" and notify us within 24 hours. If this procedure is not followed, we cannot make a claim.

Shipping outside of mainland UK (eg Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland etc.) & the Scottish highlands are liable to an additional carriage charge. Please call 01444 245500 for more details.

We regret that we cannot ship outside of the UK.

Delivery Schedule We will normally aim to send your order to you in 2-3 business days, however we cannot be held liable to any delays incurred by our carrier.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
